I was writing reviews for songs part of the round but there's no point in continuing doing so since all of you did your best in that regard and will get the same highest score. I ran out of ways to say 'very good entry' each time so there's just no need for me to explain. Everyone did their best by providing two songs that were opposing themselves in different ways - sonically or lyrically. Everyone also provided explanations that made a good case for each entry. I had literally nothing to pick on in my crits.

 

So it all comes down to looks in this round for me.

Amazing job with the pictures and the explanation. Total slay there. The song choices are also amazing as well and both areas show off her versatility well. Well done dude  

 

@Legend E - Kelly Clarkson

The pictures are ok but not really the best. Yes, they show different sides of her but that damn fan is in the way of Kelly's diva face. Honey, this ain't Mulan. The song choices were pretty decent though. Lighthouse was a pleasant surprise. Love So Soft could have been replaced with Whole Lotta Woman though. 

 

@Hey Dude - Madonna

The pictures and the explanation are definitely...a choice. You're random brain going in figure 8 circles again I see. Well thankfully the song choices save you because YES. Like a Prayer slaps and Don't Tell Me also slaps. 

 

@Kylie Verzosa - Rosalia

This is actually one of your best rounds. Both of the outfits present well on camera and look good. The songs are for the most part fine too, although I'm not sure how versatile they really show her to be since they're both basically reggaeton songs. 

 

@ZORBIT - Tinashe

The songs are very diverse. The looks...not so much. They both are very much in the same atmosphere. So, very much middle of the road for the round.

 

@Queen. - Nicki Minaj

YES - both pictures are a slay and so are the song choices. Well done! 

 

@blackoutbaby - Rihanna

YES and YES! Both your pictures SLAY, both your songs SLAY and your explanation also SLAYS! 

 

@Overprotected - Mariah Carey 

Much better than last round. The songs show her versatility well although the pictures could have been selected better.
