In my opinion it's really unpredictable.

Miley's team is doing a good job teasing her single. Her promo is very smart.

I love Selena so much btw, I just think the poll is underestimating Miles!!

 

And yeah it seems like Selena isn't pushing this song as her big lead single. She does have a ton of organic hype and buzz right now though, she could still easily smash. While Miley's hype is lower than it was for Flowers, but UTBY seems to be an important release for her with good promo

Depends on who has the better push, who gets the radio deal and #1 on TTH, will they both release a music video on release?  We simply can’t know until after they’re both released.
