While "Diamond" technically didn't exist at the time (began in '99), Candle In The Wind 1997/Something About The Way You Look Tonight went 11X Platinum in 2 months if not even less. So OTRs record deserves an *. CITW was the 1st & only single certified Diamond when RIAA created the designation in '99 until RIAA added streaming in the early 2010s.

All here for him to block Drake from #1 on Hot 100 and I would support almost any artist to block him from Billboard 200.
