I feel very sorry for the 2 other persons that lost their lives and may they rest in peace but I really do wish she recovers mentally. I think you are trying to ask why don’t they send her to a voluntary euthanasia clinic? America doesn’t allow for voluntary euthanasia only passive (terminally ill patients refusing treatment).
