Where is the evidence she cheated? Even TMZ that is renowed for lying and making up stuff about her and being in cahoots with team con backtrack and said that, based on a source, Sam BELIEVES Britney cheated. The fact that he's allegedly going to media with hearsay (likely out of his own interest considering if she cheated he could try to get something despite the prenup), says all we need to know. 

 

Also, baser on his official statement, they decided to part ways amicably and the media is making up stuff. 

 

But as Brit Spears once said "people believe what they want to believe"

It’s like guys are obsessed with talking about her situations without ever reading the corresponding court documents. He’s asking for spousal support, his legal fees to be paid, and to have the prenup renegotiated. Sam knows the prenup won’t be renegotiated. He’s hoping the threat of doing so will get Britney to cut him a check to move on silently while his lawyer does the dirty work of talking to tmz, so that Sam can’t directly get in trouble for doing so. Sam already threw himself under the bus and told on himself indirectly letting it slip that he was the mole in her team communicating with tmz, especially in regards to their recent documentary on her.

Picture this: Sam thought Britney was moving towards divorcing HIM so he quickly went ahead and divorced HER to help his case re-negotiating the pre-nup. Whoever files for divorce first is almost always the one who looks like they just finally reached their limit with the spouse's behavior. If he has anything it makes sense to divorce her now looking relatively innocent than her divorce him making him look like the bad guy.

 

And remember if she divorced him before 2 years is up he would get nothing, so time was ticking for him to get his story out, make his case, and maybe get some fraction of that million dollars before Brit could file. Because one thing we can all agree is both parties have been looking less than enthused with each other's company for the last 6 months.

I'll try to explain. When a gold digging spouse gets stuck with a strict prenup, their best option is to cry infidelity and publicly accuse the wealthy spouse of horrible things. The gold digging spouse knows they can cause huge reputational harm because millions of uninformed people on the internet will simply believe anything they hear at face value. So it ends up being easier for the wealthy spouse to just pay the gold digger to go away.

I just don't understand how you turn around and ask for spousal support after you signed prenup stating you wouldn't get spousal support?  why are you asking for spousal support suddenly after she 'attacked' you several times? why not support her in getting help as you always did? this whole thing feels very dark sided and I don't trust anything he is saying.
