Taylor Swift - '1989 (Taylor's Version)'

y'all way too harsh on SIO, i think we should be proud of it, she decided to go full pop and dropped one of the most successful and well known pop songs ever, it proved everyone that if she wanted to be versatile she could, and it does the job perfectly, it's meant to be a fun and liberating pop song and it does exactly that, she 100% nailed, does she have better pop songs? obviously yes, but the fact that this is what launched her pop era and it was a slap in the face to everyone who said she couldn't, i stan SIO :giraffe:

my cd is still 'awaiting shipment.'

stop being lazy, taylor nation.

Wtf? Are they messing up the pre-orders? The album need to ship

Those vault tracks suck

Style deserved to have its day under the sun

wait a minute, y'all were calling these trash for 2 days and now are suddenly acting like all you were saying is "they sounded like midnights"?

then ran in here because AJ said it too, so now that makes it the absolute truth?

So I'm assuming since she's always right then the re record  is amazing and has no flaws since that's how she felt about it. or does that one not count? (since most that have trashed the vault also trashed the re recording)

I'm sure they'll ship by Monday, there's not much movement from anyone on the weekends sadly :gaycatx:

I actually agree with that. The way some people are always overpraising Max Martin is just WEIRD :rip:

They are forgetting that he hasn’t been serving since the after hours singles

a love yntcd it’s such a bop :katie2:not in the top half of Lover but it’s acceptable as the cheesy “Bejeweled” track on Lover.

Yeah this fanbase is obsessed with Me!. She has songs as bad of that or even worst for me.

It's almost hilarious how some people like everything but act like only that Song Is bad (every artist with 300 songs in the career has bad songs). These jokes about me! Starting to play everything as It's the only trauma in the fanbase are getting al boring.

As someone said you Need to calm down Is even worst. At least me has a cute Melody in the chorus and unoffesinvevery generic Universal lyrics.

You Need to calm down has  embarassing lyrics and the man is Just After that. Thanks God her algorithmic woke era started and ended with that album.

And now we get feminist songs like mad woman with great and feeling real lyrics.

Who's harsh on SIO? IT is a timeless bop that goes off like crazy. It is hard to execute the intention of a song better than they did with SIO

I wish the Antonoff haters/Max Martin apologists would channel all their energy into praising SIO

if This Love, You Are In Love, and Clean didn’t make the og album and were released as Vault Tracks instead, y’all would be saying they sound like Midnights right now. :coffee2:
