With these it could perfectly be, for starters, the use of Slvt, the straight to the point Harry references, or even the songs being written after deadline for production.

We don’t love Lover as a whole, but it gave us Cornelia Street, DBATC, Cruel Summer, Miss Americana, and False God, so we remain grateful to it because of that.

Anyone who listened to the snippet of LH that leaked would say it sounds like ITHK 

 

It was literally the yell at the end of the bridge leading into the first two lines of the last chorus which sounds exactly like the end of the bridge in ITHK and has similar vocal runs over it as well. The swifties weren’t wrong on that one, we just didn’t have any context 

 

Now gorgeous cutting glass… THAT is worth the lashings. Or especially IFTYE being the pop SOG
