If i don't see "Written by Max Martin"  in any of the Vault tracks i'm going to convince myself these are all new tracks marketed as Vault songs.

Obv she could've had 5 scrapped Ryan & Hack songs back then, but let me dream.

This has been speculated for the prior re-recordings and it will be problematic if the truth comes out that the recordings were brand new.

Forever Winter demo l worded out of nowhere and it's 99% identical to the released version so I don't think she's writing stuff on the spot

But I knew you'd linger like a tattoo kiss
I knew you'd haunt all of my what-ifs
The smell of smoke would hang around this long
'Cause I knew everything when I was a SL*T!

the previous rerecordings proved that the songs are old tho like we had some titles of red, speak now and fearless already

expect for all too well 10 minutes when it's clear she wrote some new parts every old song really sound as if it was written in that era so there is nothing to speculate about it. Almost 80% of the vault tracks released until now were also already registered in the past, so any problem it's happening.....

The only vault track I think she lied about is You're Losing Me, the rest are legit

yup she probably wrote that song as soon as she broke up with joe

If it’s not “SLVT!” then I will be gravely disappointed now. :toofunny3:

there’s also a random door that appears at the end during Karma iirc, perhaps those theories are true

i think it's an acronym honestly but we'll see. hope she announces it soon.

How you get the slvt

releasing a new song before the album this time could have sense cause it could be a way to promote the movie.

Suburban Legends is just so iconic already.

pretty sure the vault tracks are legitimate old tracks, but ATW10 and You’re Losing Me are definitely new :rip:

it's not "bonus track"?

“Slvt!” with the quotation marks would make sense cause that’s what the gp used to call her during the red era

Some of the Speak Now vault songs don’t fit the album theme at all so I’m curious if those songs are really Speak Now rejects.

It’s also a little worrisome that she hasn’t been specific on the vault songs on why they were left out, who was the intended feature artist back then, who has has the original demo, etc. For example was Nothing New a feature? Who was the feature? Etc a woman in her early 20’s writing about feeling old is very suspicious lol
