max martin didn't write any song on 1989. Or i mean she wrote every song and then Martin helped to finish some of them (even suggesting lyrics, i'm not sayin this didn't happen). This is how max martin works, if you work with him to produce a song he wants part of the songwriting credits too.

 

So it absolutely possible she wrote these songs during the 1989 era but she didn't even propose them to Martin (as some of them were proposed to imogen heap, tadder, antonoff) so they don't have him in the credits.
