maybe get him back! was pushed back due to Selena being her labelmate or same management idk, but the '258' could've just been an coincidence and they were never really planning to drop it yet. it's not like they filmed the video of bir all the sudden lol.. but it's most probably pushed because bir did better than they expected.

Her ballads are beautiful but we needs bops like this. Hopefully the album serve more of this than the ballads like Sour.

At first I felt this track was a little too narrative driven to be a single, despite it being a bop, it didn't seem radio friendly enough and I thought she should have waited and let this drop with the album. Now, however, after having a couple weeks with it, I think this was a really solid single choice and I'm glad "get him back" hasn't dropped yet, give bad idea right time to shine!
