Or the producer that gave her her biggest hit worldwide? 1
WildHeart Posted July 28, 2023 Posted July 28, 2023 (edited) The way Navy was arguing about Anti being bigger than Reputation few years ago, deflected to Lover few years later and deflecting once again with Folklore What is next, deflecting to Taylor’s least selling album Evermore? That may be above Rihanna but it’s still frontloaded. Hope that helps Rihanna was never an amazing album seller in the US because 65-70% of her album sales came from outside the country, a concept which was foreign to Taylor until very recently, when she started making noise in regions which Rihanna had conquered by 2010. This also happened with Midnights, an album that will be over 6M by its 1 year anniversary. Is it frontloaded too? 1

JawBreaker Posted July 28, 2023 Posted July 28, 2023 Obviously Folklore It might not have had any hits when it was originally released but it has held up so well. Cardigan and August are classics in the making which will prolong its longevity even more.
nostalgic Posted July 28, 2023 Posted July 28, 2023 Anti - 1,285,000 (pure) / 10,603,000 total EAS Folklore - 2,954,000 (pure) / 10,871,000 total EAS Music - 10,700,000 (pure) / 13,963,000 total EAS There. If you can do basic math, you can see Music has been the most commercially successful overall. Now stop arguing semantics and touch some grass, it's not that serious.

The parent album of tHe BiGgEsT dRoP fRoM #1 single is still charting right now. 1
