burninredhot Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 Still a great song worst case scenario she ends up like Lorde which is totally fine
Magdalene Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 country music is having a moment right now, with locals they’ll take bro country over a ballad in the summer any day unfortunately
Hi-res Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 Cute song but lacks replay value. We're ready for the next single 2
Blue Rose Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 Dragging a #1 song that hasn’t left the top10 is mental illness 13 1

May not happen with Vampire but my point is it’s way too early to write it off. Yeah exactly. The same thing happened to Womanizer and California Gurls. Huge debuts, fell a bit, and then rebounded. Plus Vampire is still doing great on streaming, despite the Barbie bombs, viral country songs, and songs that are actually front-loaded like that BTS/Latto song. There’s also that song with three of the biggest male artist. 1
UseYourIllusion2002 Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 I just checked and it’s #11 on US Apple Music and #4 on US Spotify. You guys are so dramatic plus the top two songs on the Hot 100 are bloated by sales that are surely going to free fall in sales.
Billionaire Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 This site is so obsessed with seeing her downfall when she doesn't even do anything. The song is doing fine, go back to debating whether Gaga or Beyonce carried Telephone or something 3 1 3

Why is her hype is weaker now following the massive Sour era? What went wrong? Because not every song can be as big as drivers license and good 4 u? lol. We have pop girls that debuted at #1 and went -35, -25 or -16 on its second week and we're fine with it because it's normal for a huge debut, but a #1-#3-#7 run is a problem? The top 10 is also very competitive right now.. It's not like it's freefalling on streaming, it's still Top 5 on Spotify and Top 10 on AM, which is hard to do. Other pop girls are already out of Top 20 and N/A on AM at this point. Edited July 24, 2023 by Baby Judas 3
Laura Palmer Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 Still a #1 and currently a Top 10 hit so I’d have to say nothing
JonginBey Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 One thing about an overrated girlie, the hype always dies down. 1
Baby Judas Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 and chile, do we really need a thread like this every 3 days? lol. 1

I would fully support her if she drops that ****
dumbsparce Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 (edited) The Gen Z kind of lyricism and delivery in songs has become cringy even amongst Gen Z themselves it seems. Add to that a not particularly interesting artist and it's a recipe for mehhhsaster Edited July 24, 2023 by dumbsparce 2

Escape Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 I don't really care for this girl but y'all be doing the most. "not anything new" like yeah perhaps but this is the girl's second album, y'all be acting like she's been pumping out rehashes for several albums worth or something.

byzantium Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 When this ends up being a 20 week top 10 hit, you all are going to look silly.
mojitos Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 releasing a ballad during summer + not promoting as much as dl and g4u + there's not really any controversy around it, unlike sour era that had people talking about what happened with her, joshua and sabrina for MONTHS I wouldnt judge early though, it could pull a deja vu and have a crazy increase during the album release
Digitalism Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 All she needs is to tell people this is about taylor and its 4 week #1
