However for HMC she did post (more than once) and we could tell it was actually her singing with her current voice. MYB snippet sounds like AI and probably it’ll be mixed with Myah’s vocals. From the cover to this, it sounds like a posthumous release even though she’s still alive 1

They stole her voice and lyrics and she had to fight through the courts to get credited. In the court case, an audio analyst confirmed that it was Tulisa's voice they used on main parts of the track, which helped her win.

That video is not reliable because it has been edited to include only Britney's isolated vocal stem. You can hear Tulisa all over it in the video below. Tulisa's publicist confirmed her vocals were used and the court case reports said that an audio analyst/musicologist expert studied the track and confirmed it. The expert probably would have been given access to the original master track. It's likely a He About To Lose Me situation (but worse) because it's just Tulisa's voice with Britney layered underneath at a much lower level. It's also made more complicated by the fact that Britney is faking an accent to mimic Tulisa.
