Let's see where she is on the midweek charts first (I think they come out on Wednesday). It's usually very hard for international acts to go #1 in Germany since we're having like our completely own musical universe here

Also the fact people called her Pop, but she will have the FIRST Rap #1 this year.  Not just female Rap, but Rap overall.

It could be one of the few times a mainstream pop artist going #1 on Hot100 but pop radio isnt playing it. 

I havent seen something like this since Shallow topped the hot100.

I was following the US airplay thread during the Planet Her era and none of the singles really took off straight to #1. She usually has a slow rise.

 

NTK was stalled in the top #5 for awhile until it suddenly got pushed to #1. Maybe they are waiting for callouts

that's even better imo, the song is climbing to the top without the help of radio and once they'll be on board, PTTR will have endless longevity even if its streams start decreasing

If it‘s #1 on Spotify until (at least) Friday it should seal the deal but Top 3 is pretty much on lock

oh for sure this single doesn't need radio but I would love for her to increase her lead as the artist with the most #1 singles on pop radio this decade. I also really want PTTR to do good on Urban radio since we all have been fixated on her performance on that format for awhile.
