Gosh, I hate going outside not thinking about that someone can shoot me anytime.

It’s because you can’t smoke weed or pee anywhere otherwise you’ll get shot. I get it.

Not this Tik Tok in real life. :rip:

The car-brained Ameridumbs will never not perplex me. Stay in  school  US

It's always fun to see the 'bbut stabbing 🤓' counterargument considering it's bullshit. The stabbing rate is higher in USA than in most of european countries, sans a couple of eastern ones like Romania, including the UK which gets mentioned often for some reason despite the rate there being only 0.08 per 100k, compared to the 0.6 in US

https://wisevoter.com/country-rankings/stabbing-deaths-by-country/

It's usually American gun nuts that bring up bogus stabbing numbers

- rest of the world: People don't really need AR15s to protect themselves, the rest of the world doesn't have all those mass shootings.

- American: But stabbings

OT - most Americans would benefit from more walking.

Ot, it's everyone's own responsibility to research you're destination lol. Also the entitlement

Where is this statistic from? Cuz gurl…

Where does your statistic say that we can't smoke weed? Hell we have crack addicts in front of every market and every convenience store. All these assumptions and yet you weren't from either the USA orEurope :tsk:

“Americans” being a couple dumb influencers on TikTok :skull: Very odd how much European ATRLers generalize a country of over 300 million people.

I live in an American city and walk more per day than the average European. Would never want to live in that dusty continent, it’s hasbeen’d.

I love walking and I feel blessed to not live in USA, at least that worked out for me. And my legs and ass are awesome from walking more than 20k steps everyday (also from the gym tho)

People come to America all the time and complain about things? If you are not used to a certain country's culture, things can be a shock. People should simply do some research about the places they are going to visit before booking a trip.

This thread :bibliahh:

No comments on the US vs Europe debate but the Amalfi coast is beautiful. We stayed somewhere else in Naples and went for the day so we didn't have the luggage issues she's describing. I do think it's quite alarming that people just rock up to places on holiday without having done any research. I plan out every day meticulously before I go anywhere abroad (mainly because I don't want to get lost and want to see as much as possible) :gaycat6:

i hate car dependency, we should tear down highways and dismantle stroads everywhere! use your goddamn legs

I agree with this!

I hate visiting towns that would otherwise be quite picturesque with massive dual carriageways going through the city centre. It's so ugly and unnecessary. Build more railways instead :bird:

I am jealous of people who have homes in such beautiful places by the sea in Europe

1- I’m sure there is an easily accessible hotel where she can leave her luggage so that she wouldn’t suffer that much :biblio:

2- Isn't the purpose of travel to walk and discover things up close? :biblio:
3- Oh my gosh :biblio:

The STENCH of London, Amsterdam, Rome, and Paris was enough for me to never want to step foot in any of them again 🤢 The cities you listed (and many more) are all disgusting and rat-infested.

Luv American cities with our clean sidewalks, buildings with air conditioning, food from every culture, etc.

New York is dirtier than London and have tons of rats.

This makes me want to go there tbh.

I give European countries credit for providing more efficient mass transportation than the US.:bam:

Europeans: "Americans are FAT and LAZY and thus don't like taking their FAT and LAZY bodies on walk because their FAT legs are too LAZY for a meager stroll across the village, cause they're FAT and LAZY."

What's it like trying to walk in your average American mid-size city:

South America? Brazil? The country that’s bigger than the continent of Australia? The one with one of the highest crime rates?

Also we were not doing continental wars. Europe is not a continent either. We were just comparing a few places, but don’t ******* tell me USA>Europe :toofunny2:

Europe is a continent.
