They'll release 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after or else they will get overshadowed by the hype of a TS album release.

Also i just saw that she finally reached #1 (artist) on Spotify in my country - Romania (which is a country with mostly local taste in music) with the release of a re-recorded COUNTRY album (not even Midnights could do it which is a far more GP friendly album) shows how big she became in Europe (especially Eastern Europe) these past few years.
