we'll choose to believe it makes sense in that the song is about taylor lautner and not about certain other men.

Her direction really is improving. 
 

Mostly just Speak Now easter eggs. She has “I had the time of my life fighting dragons with you” written on her arm. Timestamp at the beginning says “July 9 1:38 am,” which I guess means it probably ends at 1:58. 
 

Some of the closeups of Taylor’s mouth look directly out of the LWYMMD video. She’s trapped in a vault for the duration, which could just be a rerecording reference, but could also tie back to LYWMMD as well.
