What I like about this so much is that she ends the track with a glimmer of hope and positivity, It just leaves you with a good taste at the end of the track after the emotional and "sad" build up which I think it's also part of it's making people click with it.

Good point, I looove that part of the song too. The lyric at the end & the way the melody shifts to signify that glimmer of hope. She's a genius
