After Last Night is my favorite bop on this album.

After a week with the album I can say Kamikaze, Kollage, Psychedelic Switch and Come Over are my favorite tracks.

 

Shy Boy is up there too, Aeroplanes is great but I'm not 100% sold on the chorus 

 

A few tracks I do not care for

 

Good record overall. Not sure if I would put it above Loneliest Time, but that album has emotional weight for me so I may not be entirely objective because of that

Crazy how a week later this already feels like a classic CRJ masterpiece. 

 

Kamikaze, Psychedelic Switch, So Right and Come Over are THOSE GIRLS.

My favorites: 

 

Anything to Be With You (this is where me and The Needle Drop differ), Shy Boy, Kollage, Psychedelic Switch, So Right, and Come Over. I forget which track I like better: Stadium Love or Weekend Love. 

 

But yeah, my thoughts still stand: this album is better than The Loneliest Time despite both projects are worth listening to, but both projects are not Emotion/Dedicated-level great.

Finally got a chance to listen! Carly’s side Bs are always more experimental which is why I tend to like them more. Love the vibes of this A LOT, in terms of production this is her best sound yet! 
 

Psychedelic Switch sounds like part 2 to Turn Me Up  

After Last Night - OooOh yes more Carly Hyperpop/PC music. I loved Supernatural and this is even better. Carly’s voice is perfect for this. 
Aeroplanes - The production 

So Right - Love love love this. A sexy nighttime driving anthem. It reminds me of Duke Dumont’s Ocean Drive.

I am OBSESSED with this album and I've never cared that much for any CRJ album before. Usually I like my pop music to be either sexy/edgy (think Britney or Miley) or weird/left-field (early Gaga or 90s-00s Madonna). I've always classified Carly as more of a T Swift or Katy Perry, she makes great music but its very fluffy and bubblegum without much edge or uniqueness (no shade). 

 

But I have not stopped playing this record. I hope she gets a lot of recognition for this because she deserves it.
