This is all part of the far right white replacement theory which promotes the idea that white European populations are being replaced with non-white peoples, including people from Africa, Latin America and Muslim majority countries.

 

The far right often take this a step further by insisting that people that don't contribute to the struggle against white replacement are race traitors and Musk appears to endorse that point of view.
