So most of the nominees are as expected...except

Janelle gets her AOTY nomination without other category nominees.

Victoria Monet OVERPERFORMS. Wow

Sza and Lana del ray rightfully overperform.

Foo fighters get snubbed in AOTY

Billie and Dua battling in a couple categories.

 

Taylor snubbed from Music Video, Glo rilla and Cardi snubbed from Best Rap performance, Travis Scott only getting album recognition which means the Beyonce song got snubbed in the dance category, and Pink snubbed completely.

 

Nothing too extreme. Mostly predictable. Lana might snatch and Victoria is a bigger threat then I considered.

Billie's song will probably sweep but A&W is such a song that I hope voters take notice in SOTY. Could be a Bonnie Raitt moment but Lana has even more momentum and there's no boygenius here to split the Alternative/Rock vote.

Makes sense. Grammy voters only choose re-recordings/live versions if they become successful enough, which didn't happen here.

 

Also I can't at her releasing right by the end of the deadline, if it didn't work for Tell Me You Love Me, it wasn't going to work for Revamped
