QueenofCopyPaste Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 AOTY is between Jon Batiste and boygenius 1 1

Stepfon Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 Victoria Monét needs to win BNA but I know she won't.
Cruel Summer Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 I want Taylor to finally win SOTY but that category is STACKED with Anti-Hero, A&W, and WWIMF? 1
MusicLoverDude Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 Morgan Wallen not having any nominations is a nice sight to see honestly 4 1
Alex Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 biggest grammy snubs this year: kelela - raven, contact raye, 070 shake - escapism. pinkpantheress, ice spice - boy's a liar pt 2 kali uchis - red moon in venus, moonlight amaarae - fountain baby tinashe - bb/ang3l, needs 3
WildAmerican Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 boygenius album is SO milquetoast and boring to me, i'm surprised at the love, but they usually pick a couple randos to shower with noms 1
Velvet Night Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 Wow women really dominate the top categories! i‘m so happy to see Lana nominated honestly, especially for AOTY and SOTY. I hope she finally gets the Grammys she deserves!
SimpleKindofLife Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 (edited) SZA has critical acclaim and multiple genres upholding her I really don't see how anyone else could win AOTY. Jon Batiste won AOTY and Gaga/Tony won Best Engineered just two Grammys cycles ago so just because something is nominated for Best Engineered doesn't mean it's always gonna win AOTY. bluevelvetcrowbar Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 So happy for Lana that being said, I think with how prominent boygenius are, hopefully the voters are nice and let Lana get one of the alt category wins since boygenius are going hard on promo and campaigning rn I see them getting a lot of support, they're definitely her biggest competition
Konril Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 Quote Starting from the 66th Annual Grammy Awards in 2024, a sister category Best Pop Dance Recording, was established in order to prevent well-established pop artists who incorporate dance music into their work from dominating the category over dedicated dance acts. Inaugural Pop Dance category. Rooting for Kylie. Best Pop Dance Recording “Baby Don’t Hurt Me,” David Guetta, Anne-Marie and Coi Leray “Miracle,” Calvin Harris featuring Ellie Goulding “Padam Padam,” Kylie Minogue “One in a Million,” Bebe Rexha & David Guetta “Rush,” Troye Sivan
Mordecai Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 Janelle Monae getting an AOTY nom and I didn't even know that it had even been released Shook at Zach Bryan and the Foo Fighters both being snubbed in AOTY Probably won't tune into the Grammys this year since most of the general field nominees don't really appeal to me
NEX Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 Jon Batiste is the only man nominated in the AOTY, SOTY and ROTY categories. Is this a set up for him to win or what...
