Kill Bill deserved SOTY too. it was a huge hit and aligned to everything Grammys look for in a SOTY winner.

The only counterarguments that fanbase has for MIDnights winning is “she had a very succesful year, it was a massive album”.

 

At least we agree that the album was garbage, had nothing going for it artistically and was only awarded because her fans inflated the sales for it by buying mulitple variants to form a clock 👍

People who confidently thought SOS would win AOTY clearly failed to analyse the nominees. Jon and Janelle basically took some votes from SZA. I think the competition was super closed but Taylor definitely benefitting from cross-genre appeal.

SOS deserved because that is actually a good album.

 

Harry Styles last year, Taylor Swift this year. Grammy awarding mediocrity once again.

 

But the only upside is that if Taylor wins, MAGA loses. So that’s the only positive.

My wife deserved album of the year.
