A correction was issued for Oppenheimer and it looks like the budget lower than 180m after all.

COLLIDER: 'Oppenheimer' Cost a Lot More Than Initially Reported

A representative for the film reached out to clarify that Nolan's original quote was misreported. The director referred to the film being 180 minutes long, not costing $180 million to make.
