A real chance at a $100M 2nd wknd. My god.

 

However, the weekdays have been so massive, burning off a lot of demand. Summer weekend jumps are also small, so I'm not gonna put my hopes up for a $100M 2nd wknd, at least until I see a Friday number. 

 

Overseas is looking at another massive weekend with more major markets opening. Current projection of $140M for the 2nd OS wknd 

Globally this could do $220-250M in its 2nd wknd 

 

Frozen 2 better be shaking cause... Sis is not safe with that all-time animated title.

This is so crazy. I wish it was a better movie, but it was a cute, definitely better than Frozen 2, so I wouldn’t mind it snatching the title.

Now that the hype is dead for the live action movies, Marvel and Star Wars, sequels of successful IPs is the last thing they have to do before they decide to pull something crazy like investing in new original stories
