Those who clocked Wicked's opening weekend as an underperformance (aka they moved the goalposts) must be feeling pretty foolish now. $400M domestic is guaranteed at this point, and it wouldn't be surprising if it ends up in the $500M range.

The movie simply sucks that's all. They should've stuck to the original plan of making it a Disney+ series. It kinda feels like a rushed mix of random scenes from different episodes.
