fridayteenage Posted October 22, 2023 Share Posted October 22, 2023 feels like scorsese's movies aren't built to be hits unless they're more fun genre-y things as opposed to Prestige oscar-chasers. gangs, didn't double the budget aviator, didn't double the budget hugo, didn't double the budget silence, box office lower than the budget irishman, well, it was barely in theaters but probably would've gone the same way vs. crime thriller departed, psychological thriller shutter island, crime black comedy wolf of wall street. So by next week she could've have the No. 1 Album, No.1 Song and No. 1 Movie at the same week. Then released the Eras Tour boxscore to be no. 1 in touring at the same week or month-end.
