yeah I think her issue is always that sometime she should use a backtrack to support the whole thing, what works on those songs is the production value

weird cuz for me the first half ATE while the second half was just fine.

A second listen made me like this album better.

after a few listens my opinion on the album completely changed. it's a fun record and the ballads needed time to grow on me and they did. this album isn't for everyone but considering she's only a year older than me i did relate to most the tracks. pretty isn't pretty is one of her best songs it's like jealousy jealousy's sister

well yeah... it's called stan toxic culture unfortunately

the thing is that during SOUR tour she sounded great even when moving, like g4u, brutal and jealousy jealousy sounded great live

On my first listen it definitely felt more varied and stronger both lyrically and sonically than Sour, I think Liv has definitely grown as a songwriter. I felt like Sour was too one dimensional at times but I feel like she dove way deeper into her feelings of resentment and angst on this album than she did on the last one.

She really needs to work on her live vocals tbh. No one is expecting her to serve Mariah anyway but stable, mid vocals is better than shaky, mid vocals. 

I will say that her stage presence is improving. Last era she was serving deer in the headlights while this era she is serving more confidence in her skin and its great. She really needs that better presence cuz the kind of music she makes requires her to match the attitude and rasp it emanates.
