All Credits means all the songs that have that singer, it is the REAL method of knowing how much that artist generated in streams in his name and not just in his own releases, since many times are the cause of the success of the feats of other artists. 2

Spotify uses Lead credits in their artists chart. and when they announced the most streamed artists of the 2010s in 2019 they had ariana above Rihanna and at that point Rihanna still gad more streams than Ariana in "all credits" 1

However, Beyoncé has been charting and in public conscious for longer. Longer than some of the fonts here have been alive. I'm assuming longevity is what that user was referring to.
