Then she was in New York City doing a one off performance with Muna in early May, so I'm not sure how much time she had to be with Dev Hynes in London except for the last few weeks. Dev Hynes was born in the US, but raised in the UK. Most likely there will be some collaboration/production/writing with Dev Hynes, but I'm just not sure when they would have been in London at the same time and whether they worked together in the limited time she had there. Perhaps she is there now on her own, or maybe the photos were taken a long time ago. She clearly appears to be teasing something, although it seems quite early for a lead single.

The photos might just mean "hi, I'm in London" But she probably didn't travel to London to do promo for Lime bike/scooter hire. She performed on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury last year, which is when she debuted her blonde hair. Perhaps she will go full circle and return to brunette for 2023.
