That's some unpopular opinion. ASAP got such mixed reactions and everyone wants them to follow the direction of Get Up. I don't mind either since I love both.

Get up is just straight-up r&b, while it's nice, it doesn't differ much from what other groups have done in the past or better yet what you can find in western alt r&b music. what excites me about newjeans is their incorporation of left-field musical direction to kpop by borrowing from a lot of east cost club and garage music that hasn't been used much in kpop before. regardless, i'm sure their future direction will be exciting and subvert expectations~

They are SO good live :jonny5:

Also:

Daily Top Songs USA (31 July)

#32 (+2) Super Shy — 707496 [Days: 25 | Peak: #9]

#130 (+5) New Jeans — 364,001 [Days: 25 | Peak: #20]

#172 (-1) ETA — 324,213 [Days: 11 | Peak: #22] #184 (+7) Cool With You — 313,058 [Days: 11 | Peak: #16]

Stable streams in the US and overall as well.

SuperShy is still doing 3.5 Mio streams per day globally and NewJeans are overall still dominating East Asia :clap3:

Fingers Crossed for that album debut at #1 in the US
