Seems like it's going to get some airplay too. From a Pulse forum member:

This is really good  :jonny5:

It reminds me Pharrell/Neptunes 00's productions

Also this is the best Madonna has sounded in years

Did this make it to TTH? I don’t have Spotify

This + the Levitating remix are her best vocals since 2008 tbh

(Except for some parts of Medellin where I think she sounds very good too)

Oh Madonna is about to surpass those 25M monthly listeners in like 2 days :jonny6:

With this and Vulgar she's going all the way over 30M with no problem tbh.

Oh that’s great, thanks!

GMAYL was her 49th top 40 hit on the Hot 100 and it’s been bothering me that she’s one short of 50 US hits (by the generally-accepted “Top 40” standard, anyway, we all know how weird some of the chart rules are). Fingers crossed this and/or Vulgar will get her there.

The early 2000s vibes. I had to check to see if Pharrell produced this. :jonny:

I can see it get there tbh. I'd be very surprised if this didn't debut within the top 40.
There's hype for Carti's come back, The Weeknd has huge numbers, Madonna's fans still buy songs, radio is apparently on board, playlisting is huge (88.9M already)

Gays surprise me challenge :rip: I guess y'all would've preferred a basic Jack Harlow verse instead :bibliahh:

I don’t like Jack Harlow either. I like Carti in Summer Bummer, but this song? It’s a no.

Really feeling this song.

One thing that’s kind of sad for me to admit as a stan is that I was bracing myself before her verse hit to be disappointed with Madame X vocals. I love a good autotune moment (I grew up on the late 00s early 10s Kesha/Britney sound ffs), but her vocals since MDNA have been auto tuned to death even when it’s not necessary.

She sounds great here, and I’m hoping for future releases she can find more producers who know how to produce her vocals well.

What a throwback, agree with the early JT vibes. Such a cute song. Abel sounds monotone as many have stated and I wanted MORE Madonna tf, I almost didn't feel ha. SOTB teas. :rip:

Playboi sounds nice, I mean, he surely has a unpleasant tone, we all know and agree on that, but it adds certain fun.

This is really great. I was not expecting this to be remotely hit-worthy, but I could see this at least being a Top 20 hit with some longevity

The Hip Hop crowd loving it :clap3:

More info about the song, how it was a Carti collab originally and Carti's vocals being old, and a possible Weeknd x Madonna collab album
