DemDam92 Posted May 28, 2023 Posted May 28, 2023 Which moment of your fave would you like to be erased from the history and world’s memory? As for Mimi: her famous flop NYE performance.
wastedpotential Posted May 28, 2023 Posted May 28, 2023 Without this precise moment, Taylor's career would be in a very, very, very different place, and from a counterfactual perspective (and considering all of the potential butterfly effects) I think it would be worth considering At the very least, Taylor would've never had to make reputation and then Lover, but I'm sure that her career could've had literally any outcome if this event had never happened.
Into The Void Posted May 28, 2023 Posted May 28, 2023 None their past has shaped and molded their career.
Konril Posted May 28, 2023 Posted May 28, 2023 Blegh! The major disappointment and disgust I experienced when this was unveiled on Twitter.

Taylor had just racked up the first and second biggest radio hits of the year. She probably wouldn't sell quite like she does today, but let's not pretend that she didn't have a ridiculously successful career for a 19 year old in country music at this point I've always wondered what Taylor's career would look like without this event, and I'd cut 50M or more album sales out of Taylor's discography just to get rid of reputation (given that she can afford to lose at least that much and still remain an mpg )
StonedSoulPicnic Posted May 28, 2023 Posted May 28, 2023 A dreadful album sandwiched between two great albums.

We wouldn't had Speak Now and probably most of her other albums too.
EmailMySwift Posted May 28, 2023 Posted May 28, 2023 Her attending Katy Perry's 25th birthday party and taking a picture with that guest. 1
