I think Gordon is a good manager too.  But Doja is the only artist he’s managing now + he took a full-time A&R role at Capitol.  So idk…I think the setup with Lydia, Gordon, and Josh worked best.

I don’t think this is a management issue at all… Doja is just way too headstrong at the moment and feels like she has something to prove whilst cranking up the troll levels (which is super counterintuitive)

Yeah but Lydia actually controlled Doja’s socials occasionally.  Gordon doesn’t have time for that, lol.  
 

That’s more of a day-to-day manager task.  
 

*edit*…I’m speaking more about the trolling and the whole album title debacle, lol.  And the whole horrid “rollout” on social.

Yeah that is true, I didn’t think of it like that! Sigh… I just hope we’re all proven wrong but the signs aren’t promising. 
 

The social rollout has hindered things a lot, especially when the whole “identity” change is proving to be a real critical point/movement for her career. 
 

Guess we’ll just have to wait and see!
