It will never be on home video, cable tv, free television or on the big screen again etc.. if you don't have apple tv it doesn't exist anymore. It's a fact. Coda is available on 4K and standard Blu Ray, but I get what are you trying to say.

I think studios should start to ask to every streaming platform to let them release the home video after a tot. of months- years. It's convenient even for them, since data are showing most of their users just consume recent movies..so when a movie is just lost in the catalog at least you can make some money from the home video too.
Mr. Blue_Shirt Posted May 26, 2023 Posted May 26, 2023 Yeah the lack of physical media is one of the reasons why these moves & tv shows that are exclusive to streaming becoming forgettable after a week Even back then movies that are completely flopped at the box office can gain cult following years later because the existence of Home media I'm sure there's a lot of people who love to buy DVD / Blu-ray of popular Netflix shows and movies like Wednesday, Heartstopper etc The last time i remember Netflix doing it is for Stranger Things for season 1 and 2 i think

Johnny Jacobs Posted May 26, 2023 Posted May 26, 2023 Can those old hags stop bitching about how everyone sucks but them? The "Back when i was a boy" tantrums are getting stale
GraceRandolph Posted May 29, 2023 Posted May 29, 2023 Did he lie? These direct-to-streaming movies suffer from a lack of windowing. They either catch on right away or they get lost in an endless stream of “content” and end up de-ranked by an algorithm.
glacier76 Posted May 29, 2023 Posted May 29, 2023 A good number of well established and respected auteurs are making movies through streamers. I actually don’t think the movies of his ilk are suffering. Plenty of those movies are still being made. Romcoms, adult family dramas, the movies Quentin doesn’t make, are the ones suffering these days.
