Part of me wonders if she KNOWS these are great songs that should be on the standard, but puts them on the physicals for that exact reason cuz she wants her album physicals to continute to have a lot more value than other artists.

I think what happened with RWYLM was that they were running out of time and couldn’t master it on time for the digital release and they decided to finish Happiness instead. Those were the last tracks to be recorded I believe.
