K pop artists as a whole chew up most artists in terms of work ethic and performances so you complaining about them going all out production wise is a kii and a half especially when the description you described is exactly why this show use to be so popular for and of

Girl, please. Nobody has a problem with them being Asian. There’s plenty of talented Asian artists out there that deserved the spotlight more than these losers.
 

Better performances when the majority of it is lip syncing? 
 

The kpop industry is notorious for mixing in singers with “visuals” and “dancers”, diluting any talent in the group. Plus, the music is always bought from small producers. If I want to wanted to watch talented dancers I’d just watch actual dance groups like Royal Family, but I’m watching the VMAs.
 

Also, where on earth did they go all out production wise?  Take your stan glasses off it’s embarrassing.
