Not shocking at all. There’s no organic interest to stream her music.

Imagine being #1 on TTH with a hotly considered rapper and barely cracking top 100

Also the Spotify payola for this era has been unmatched. She has inserted like 5-6 songs in total on TTH, with Cuff it not leaving the playlist for 10 months nonstop, even though it’s been doing barely 1M streams daily in the past 6 months.

Didn't that song she did in celebration of Juneteenth do something similar? heavy playlisting but without Tidal the GP said no.

 

I think Beyonce purposely waiting until the hype is down to do random releases is more about "queen" behavior because there's no way they are thinking the timing is right. 

 

Could have put it out 1-2 weeks earlier and made more sense with the kickoff of her tour.

I believe Cuff it surpassed 200 million spotify streams on november 18, 2022 which was 184 days ago, approximately 6 months

 

(523,602,966 - 200,000,000)/184 = ~1.76 million average daily spotify streams over the past 6 months

My God just enjoy the damn music.

 

The album is nearly a year old and hasn't had a single push since Cuff It 9 months ago. The tour has started and Bey already bagged a #1 and worldwide top 10 hit. 

 

And at this point yall should be able to gather that Playlisting doesn't boost the placement of a song. TTH is a drop in the bucket for Bey and she has nothing left to prove with all the #1s and top 10s she has. She's not like a b and c lister atrl fave whose using their last dime to get a hit.

Her team's timing is just something else. This era could easily have had a total of five top ten hits. Literally her most single-worthy album since BDay and they're always waiting till the trend dies down to make a push. They were lucky with Cuff It because people really just refused to let that song go so by the time they made the push it was still trending. But AHAP should have had this weeks ago. Just as Alien Superstar should have had a push at the time it was trending everywhere when the album dropped (although it would have been difficult with BMS still being pushed). When it's Heated's turn they better not **** it up. They should have someone giving them updates the way other teams probably have.
