I think it's just going to be the go to sound. KTL, DDDD, etc. It'll sound like what Aespa has been putting out and I feel I'll be disappointed about having to wait for whatever it is.

They used to record the Japanese versions with the original but they didn't for Born Pink. They probably won't bother at all. They were always half-assed anyway so I won't miss them

the thing why still bother with Japan? Their big enough to sell out 50k dome shows there. They botched being bigger there by never releasing a japanese song, yet they still sell decent albums. It is what it is

idk when this was recorded, its just a running joke that they recorded all their songs years and years ago but because of the YG starvation tactic they release some bread crumbs every few years

You mean the same way that 90% of kpop groups are dropping English singles to cash in on those $$$ when most of them don't speak English and those songs chart better than most of their Korean songs?
