I've been enjoying ball the interviews from the past few dayes. He's so smart, kind and a great person/artist. 

 

Also his collabs are all female* and all so good - NCP > DGD > IAW > The Bones

 

 

*Of course he Collabed with that group for Tell It To My Heart, which I still stream on the regular. He (and Florence for that matter) absolutely need to drop a full electronic/dance inspired project one day a la WYP? vs just teasing us here and there

I randomly saw a tweet about it and decided to give it a quick stream and WHEW, what an AMAZING album!  Easily one of my favorite releases this year, it’s been on repeat

This album is spectacular. Easily his best and one of the strongest albums of the year.

A nice return to form after the dip in quality with his last album (though even that album had some songs I enjoy)

 

De Selby Part 2 is definitely my favorite, but the Brandi collab and All Things Go also stuck out on first listen.

To be honest: In comparison with the debut and Unreal Unearth, Wasteland Baby is a much weaker album. Especially sonically.

Pitchfork in general is ridiculous. They give certain artists bad scores regardless of their music. They are also extremely Europhobic with contemporary artists.

I really liked a bunch of the singles and album tracks on first listen, but man his this grown on me in general! So many GORGEOUS songs.

 

Also wtf is the Pitchfork review!!
