This is not a comparison  Gaga put R Kelly on that song specifically because of the things that were said about him. He literally went to court for sex with a minor well over a decade before DWUW came out

I’m pretty sure Gaga knew. There’s literally no way she didn’t know considering she grew up in the 90s and early 00s. It was also teased in the media. Also I was born in the 00s so my earliest memories are from like 2008 and even I knew about the Rkelly pee stuff before the documentary ever came out.

Plus, the whole point of him being a feature was his past cases. I don't think she knew he was guilty though.
