it’s a great song but sounds NOTHING like Tension :deadbanana:

what does tension even sound like ? cause to me it's very clear that it's a frankensteined album made of dark electro pop songs (padam, tension, heavenly body), disco songs (hands, one more time, green light) and bright synthpop songs (things we do for love, hold on to now, story) so really anything could fit here. the album doesn't have a distinct artistic vision.

#7 in the UK midweek, should be #8 tomorrow. :biblionana:

I mean when the girls are serving 1-84 out, remaining top ten come week 2 is still quite good. Even Robbie Williams' newest album almost dropped out of the 20 in its second week.

there’s a clear vision from Kylie imo. minus the 2 singles, there’s 12 tracks that fit together- all up tempo, optimistic singing about love, reigniting an old flame, sometimes nostalgic. the synthy pop and the disco tracks pair together well. the fact that she kept all these but left Drum as a bonus makes me wonder if she actually is in love again. the 2 singles and 2 bonus tracks are definitely different vibes, especially Drum, but none of them stick out as much as WFTS would imo.

What is this Tension Outtakes file that's floating around?

Unfortunately it won't unzip for me but when trying to do it online, this appears.

To Be In Love and Go To are outtakes from Tension recording sessions.

That was actually an orchestral greatest hits, his last studio album (Christmas) went #2 - #1 and the one before did similar to Tension going #1 - #6 but with bigger sales as that was in Q4 2016... totally impossible to compare.

Just hope BMG have a trick down their sleeves to keep it steady during Q4 as it could do better in total weeks than DISCO once stable.

Where can I buy/stream Drum and Heavenly Body?

Listened to the album in tracklist order for the first time since its release and honestly I will say that I love every single track on it and not one made me want to skip it. On Disco you had Unstoppable, Celebrate You, and Spotlight, whilst Golden had Low Blow, but this might be Kylie's first BMG era with no skips and her first since Impossible Princess where every track works for me.

Judging by all the leaks leading up to the album release, her password is probably 'password'.

This is exactly how I feel. Tho I don’t like 10/10 lol. But that aside I pretty much enjoy every single song. I’ve never wanted to skip one the way I wanted to with Unstoppable, Celebrate You, half the deluxe, Low Blow, Music’s Too Sad etc. Every song hits so hard. And even every outtake is amazing like wtf. We need her to release the full sessions

i agree with you but i can't imagine w4ts here, the beat and vibe just don't fit tension, the production is way too dramatic/slow. tension is all over the place but it's fast, positive and uplifting. (despite the fact she's waiting 4 the sun to rise, it doesn't sound optimistic to me :dies:).

honestly, it goes downhill from dancefloor darling for me :skull: golden flows well besides stop me from falling, lifetime, radio & raining glitter ig.. tension is easily her best BMG album.

Fever is 10 times better than this disjointed mess of an album. :deadbanana2: Convince hope.

Fever aged like milk sis. The singles are iconic but the rest of it, nah. We love a Queen that can keep up with the times and release current music :clap3:
