Disco was also number 2 in the sales chart, and if I recall correctly, it was number 22 on the Hits Chart and debuted at number 26 on the Billboard 200, so you're right about not getting our hopes up just yet.

Oop for some reason thought it was lower as it was Q4  was behind a KPOP band but now she's behind the biggest newcomer of the decade, that's an upgraded narrative

are instant faves. I don't really remember how the rest of the tracks sound like but I'll be revisiting it again tomorrow. I definitely liked this more than DISCO but nothing comes close to Say Something (Extended Version) which is arguably one of her best songs EVER.

Kylie isn't singing all of Hands, she has said this in an interview. 

 

Some of the vocals are the demo singer left in ( app a male vocalist pitched to sound like a female) and she isnt doing the rappy parts either. 

 

She comes in after " Yeah what you think this is.. but she isnt doing the "Right yeah bit either" 

 

You can hear her on parts of the verses and the hook is her with a backing vocalist.

It's always been crazy to me how they didn't support her at all after Neighbours was over, it's like they couldn't recognize her as a serious artist the way Australia did with Impossible Princess and Light Years.

I think the stats are decent and accurately reflect her lack of promo there. She didn't bring a show to NZ until 2008, over 20 years into her career
