Honestly, there’s never been a more perfect time to release music if you’re a regular degular person trying to get your music out there

If the star qualifications is debuting at #89 on Billboard 200 and leaving in one week I guess

She has a couple hit songs, but no brand that will last

But she would be a nobody if only real stars were stars. She should be glad the bar is low.

It's oversaturated, yes, but not with stars. Unfortunately that's what's lacking..

It's a mid-off: a lot of people who lack star power/talent but have high follower counts on social media.

She didn't lie but it's not just music... just celebrity in general is so easily obtainable. Everyone is a "star" nowadays. What a celebrity is has been diluted to the point that almost any and everyone is one.

More like everyone thinks they are a star but they are really not

Social media has deluded a lot of people to think they are stars but they are not

The fact that these days you can have 10m followers on tiktok just for doing make up tutorials  tells you everything.

Stars are Beyonce, Taylor, The Weeknd, Harry Styles etc in music

And in film is Chris Evans, Angelina Jolie, Margot Robbite etc etc

People like Ice Spice, mua influencers, rappers and the likes like the person in the OP are not stars.

There are a lot more "popular" musicians now than there ever were before thanks to social media, but there are fewer S-Tier Stars than 10 years ago.
