The A.G. hate in ever Charli thread is so interesting to me because I can't think of another pop star who seems to have such an integral, intertwined connection to their producer as she has to A.G. They're almost a duo in sheer volume of work they've done together, and she obviously seems to trust their work together more than anyone else. I just don't get why anyone would want a rent-a-producer over her creative partner.

Exactly how I feel. Gesafeelstein doesn't being anything new to the table but I trust her judgement (actually, after Crash maybe I don't). HudMo is a little iffy because as "weird" as he attempts to go it often feels too forced but I think they could work together. Easyfun is a fine and competent producer but everyone here pales in comparison to AG. I trust him to bring the best out of everyone on board.

AG shines because of Charli's talent writing hooks & melodies.

I just don't like his approach when to comes to producing hyperpop leaning pop songs... SOPHIE did it so much better and had much better understanding.

The fact that his songs on CRASH were the worst on the album doesn't help either.

I’m still iffy on him, I like that he’s pushing himself on the WTMI remix to replicate a PC type sound but it… very much sounds like something pushing themself to replicate a PC type sound (but forgetting to pay attention to drums textures)

These are some other people that came to my mind. But yeah Charli & AG have a really special relationship. He kind of got sidelined on Crash, but I think that needed to happen to just help change things up.
