Maybe it's because I was too young to be fully aware of Hilary's reign, but I remember Raven was everywhere. At least until Miley came along. 

 

Most of Hilary's stuff I watched through reruns, but outside of music Raven had Disney by their necks.

I'd have to give it to Ms. Symone. Her reign was undeniable and her impact has been felt for generations.

Hilary was... until they gave Raven her own show, having already been acquainted with the mouse prior to the show (Zenon, Kim Possible, guest role in Proud Family). Also, not to mention Raven was already a child star long before anyone had ever heard of Hilary Duff.
