Where's her iconic outfit MJ's Superbowl/Madonna's Wedding Dress/Beyoncé's Leotard/Britney's Toxic outfit,Gaga's meatdress & Rih's Met Gala? Where's her iconic choreography ala Thriller/Single Ladies? Where's her political Formation? Where's her AIWFCIY? MJ had Halloween and Beyonce is the symbol of Feminism and International Women's Day. 

 

She even copied Beyoncé's surprise release and mystery persona.

Legends have iconic performances. Beyonce has many of those + a long career. It's not about sales or numbers.

her rise to fame, iconic performances, destiny’s child ,marriage to jay z, music videos and dance, movies like dream girls are a cult classic  and  a she’s been out much longer than Taylor as well.

When will some of you understand that no regular person has any knowledge on numbers, sales, chart runs, etc.  

 

I highly doubt someone would use sales as a metric, the truth is it's all about image and status. And Beyoncé has solidified her status with consistent success, quality and acclaim while proving herself as one of the best performers of all time throughout the entirety of 20+ years of career.

 

No one will reference Beyoncé as the girl who sold 300k first week with Renaissance, because it's not what people remember.
