And now it’s almost sold out right?  :jonny4: Bc the prices kept going down I think. Me and 2 friends wanted to go to Houston but prices were ridiculous. We ended up being able to buy 9 tickets with what we would’ve bought 3 in houston

yeah last night’s front row tickets were $127 and nosebleeds $47. They were way more expensive.

It hasn't hit me that I'm seeing her tomorrow at the Rose Bowl and I'm kinda glad she chose Rose Bowl instead of SoFi because it's much closer to me. I enjoyed her arena tour a lot, so I hope this show is fun.

They performed MAMIII together? :jonnycat:

According to Twitter and TikTok they had fallen out after Karol insinuated she was the only reason MAMIII succeeded

her LA shows are being massive

Wtf. I didn’t know that. But yeah, she came out at the very end and they performed MAMIII. She was her only guest last night.

Just went to the Rose Bowl show last night and it was fun but I feel that she feels happier compared to the Strip Love Tour (which is my first KAROL G show had so much fun on that tour). But I am glad I heard the MSB songs live, especially CAIRO and BICHOTAG and classics like El Makinon.  :lakitu:    DISPO should be on the setlist.

It's a fun show, but I feel the vibes were more fun on the Strip Love Tour, but I see her more happier here, the crowd was not which leads me to this point:

The crowds on this tour, however, some are messy. It keeps reminding me of Bad Bunny's tour last year because I am seeing so many fights on this tour and the main problem with that is that some people don't control how they consume alcohol and go overboard. I feel like I only see the mess in predominantly Hispanic concerts with popular artists in stadiums, while in concerts where there is a diverse group of people, it's super calm. I am Hispanic myself, but it just feels embarrassing that people don't know how to drink responsibly.

I wanted to do both nights, but after seeing the shitshow of getting out of the Rose Bowl out of all places, and the prices, I am glad I didn't because I had to wait 30 minutes to get into a shuttle.

I need to look for a video. I am still pressed they never performed it on some awards show.

Also, slay at your avi!

When is she announcing more dates?! Specially international ones, I need to see her!

LATAM dates announcement soon :jonnycat:

She's finally coming to Brazil! Karol and other reggaeton artists aren't popular here so that's why the venue she picked is the only stop on the tour that isn't a stadium - Espaço Unimed only has a 8k capacity.

The prices are way too high for her though, more than Taylor and Harry Styles :deadbanana2: kind of bold of her since she would struggle to sell these tickets here, now even more

I reallyyyy wanna go but i dont live in São Paulo and none of my friends like her (or know her). I hope it does well anyways, she deserves a loving audience

Can’t believe she’s doing Estadio Azteca in Mexico, the biggest stadium in the country and one of the biggest in the world :jonnycat:

im definitely attending

it always amazes me that Brazil seems to be isolated from the rest of Latin America when it comes to music. I know you guys speak another language but still, the fact that Bad Bunny or Karol G are irrelevant to the point of not even knowing them is crazy

Yes, it's super weird :deadbanana4: Not even Anitta's reggaeton singles become hits here, only Envolver was and that was mostly bc it went viral around the world (and it went viral outside Brazil first, we just followed the trend after :rip:)

As of Karol, Tusa was a lil popular back then and she's getting more known now that she did the Tá Ok remix... but that's about it. She seems decided to conquer our public by promoting funk and accepting to come even on a way smaller stage compared to the rest of the world, so i applaud her for that. I think she might be releasing more Brazilian-inspired music until her concert next year too, to boost the ticket sales and general interest.

For most of its history, Brazil has been isolated from the rest of Latin American neighbors by geography, history, political structures, racial composition and, of course, language. It's crazy. Brazilian artists also should be more popular in the rest of the region, but outside of "samba" in general as a genre, it doesn't happen.
