It’s Avril and they are not even that close.

 

As some other member said, Avril had the most impact after Britney and Beyonce(Avril had more impact than bey in the 00s too but not overall).

 

She was definitely the it girl from 2002-2007, she was everywhere

 

The only moment Xtina was equally successful was around the Stripped era, but still Avril is bigger commercially overall.

Christina NEVER cited a Britney album as an inspiration.

Christina Aguilera has influenced the biggest established acts from this century as Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Ariana Grande, Sam Smith, Miley Cyrus, Dua Lipa, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, etc.. That's much more impressive than influencing a bunch of newbies such as Olivia Rodrigo and Billie Eilish.
