Isn't it being impacted by ACR considering how long it's been on charts?

Some exceptions aside I think ACR makes the UK charts way more fresh and inviting of new songs. Especially in the steaming age where things tend to be more on the stagnant side, but I'm sure the formula can do with some tweaking because it doesn't make sense that a year old song isn't impacted but something like "Boys a Liar" is

The issue is that its ACR was reset because of his Brits performance and given that it's an old song it's stable enough on streaming so that ACR won't kick in again as a song needs to see its streams decrease for three consecutive weeks for ACR to affect it. Kill Bill and Anti Hero have more streams than AIW but are below it because of this, and the same will happen to Flowers.

 

In general I'm not a fan of this kind of rules. They also make chart bases records compeletely meaningless
